PARENT/GUARDIAN WAIVER FOR MINORS

I'm an international participant, under 18 years old. How do I submit the "PARENTAL/ GUARDIAN CONSENT PACKET: WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT &
MODEL RELEASE FORM"?

    https://www.hacksforhumanity.io/join-us/ The document is here and in the official registration form (on qualtrics) there is a place for you to attach the filled form.

    In the registration form there is no such space to upload the document, I already checked it several times. I would appreciate your help in finding it.

    Hi Wilder, I see the issue in your registration. You keep selecting the option that you are a college student. When it asks if you are a college student, you need to select "no" and then input that you are a high school student.
